Those interested in attending the closing dinner must pay at registration (i.e., registration fee + 60 € for the Closing Dinner attendance).
Both SIBB members and PhD, Bachelor’s and Master’s students must prove their status at registration. To do so, they must send by email a scanned copy of their valid SIBB member and/or student identification card or a letter signed by their tutor/director (in the case of PhDs) within 10 days of registration to secretariatecnica@congresogibd.es Student registrations not supported by the requested proof within 10 days of registration will be cancelled.
Students of the FCAFE of the University of Valencia will be exempt from justifying their registration.

The cancellation request must be sent in writing to the email secretariatecnica@congresogibd.es
No refunds will be accepted for cancelled sessions or programme changes.
Cancellations received before 31 July 2024 will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less a 20% administrative fee.
Cancellation requests received before September 19, 2024, will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less 50% for administrative costs.
Subsequent cancellation requests will not be entitled to a refund.
